Weight Loss

I work in night or evening shifts which makes it difficult for me to join a gym or go for walk. Since I sleep during the day time it becomes more difficult to have sound sleep. All these factors have affected my body adversely and I have gained weight.

Hello..,it common problem faced by people doing night ,it very difficult to adjust to the changed timing .. If possible change the shift .otherwise you try sleep from morning till evening and exercise in the evening .. You can do exercise at home only with dumbels , treadmill..
