I want to lose my weight as soon as possible for min upto 20 kgs. I have the problem of PCOS. Could you please let me know the diet plan and exercises to lose weight easily.

Pcos should be corrected first. This is due to hormonal imbalance and increase in male hormone levels. This could be due to eating high processed food. To correct this you have to reduce packed and processed food, reduce milk  products and eat natural food like fruit, salad, sprouts and nuts daily.
