I want to know. Can I take fat burners. I joined a gym but I can't find huge difference..so want to know..fat burners can be taken or not

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Avoid ready food containing sugar, oil & maida. Eat more natural food. Go one day in a week only on fruits for breakfast, salad/ sprouts for lunch and soup for dinner. Increase it to 2 days in a week after some time.
