I wanna loose weight...my current weight is 85-87kgs. And i want to loose atleast 20kgs of weight so kindly auggest me some good diet plan as i resides in hostel...a kind of plan that i can follow in hostel too..

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
