Weight loss and fatty abdominal area

2020-09-20 17:50:00
I'm 28 years old with weight 64kg height 5'2". I've increased 4-5 kg in 1 year. Double chin and fatty stomach and thigh region don't let me wear my favourite dress. I can't do exhaustive exercise for more than 15 minutes as I start feeling very tired. My BP is often slightly low measuring 74/112, 75/110, 76/118, 70/100 etc. I do walking for 30 minutes daily i.e. 8000 steps on average. I follow intermittent diet but I feel very hungry within fast period. 3 months back I went for blood check up and found my sugar and thyroid under control. I'm fed up of my weight. I wanted to control it. Plz suggest me some needful steps. Thank you
