Is there any medication to lose weight i have gone fat i would like to know if there is any medication that can make me lose weight quickly

Hi, Don't go for medications. Instead, avoid oily, junk and processed food and sweets completely. Instead have fresh home cooked meals with at least 4 to 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Eat less rice and potatoes. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time Regards

What's your height and weight? Don't take any medicines for weight loss. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises.
