Hi i m 22yrs old my weight is 39 kgs I am eating a lot but I am not able to gain a good weight please help me in this regard. Suggest me some food or suplymnts.

Hello dear,for weight gain you require to have calorie dense foods like nuts,energy bars, stuff paratha.abt supplements I can only tell you after having all the details of the case.as we require to know the history also.but till then try and add protein rich foods in your diet.stay fit
