Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. don't take large meals .if you are feeling like binge eating take lot of water before meal and low calorie foods like murmura bhel or fresh cucumber and carrot slices when you over eat .Drink lot of water everyday. avoid junk and fast food completely.
