My weight is 92k.g. I am not understanding that why I have two much weight My height is around 6 foot. I am a gym guy I care about the diet I have fat only on stomach which is not too much . I drink water a lot around 2-3 liter in a day.

Hi! You may not look like 92 kg, but your weight may be high - which is quite common. Weight does not only mean fat , it also includes your muscle mass, water content in body , bone weight and the weight of your organs. Since you are trying to stay healthy by eating well and regular exercise, do not take too much stress about why your weight is high. Make sure to continue daily exercises, drink more water(3.5 litres is required as per your height and lifestyle), eat raw vegetables and fruits with meals daily. I would suggest that you do a complete body check up (blood test) to ensure that your cholesterol, thyroid, kidney function etc are in normal ranges and there is no health issue.
