Am very thin, need to increase my weight.. any suggestions. Just now started to eat 2 eggs in the morning and afternoon 200gm curd with sugar

For gaining weight follow healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie and rich protein In ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid junk and oily food. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
