According to height, your weight should in between 46 kg to 63 kg. Your weight is slightly below standard limit. You have not mentioned your detailed history. Considering you do not have any past or present disease, you should not be worried. Only start taking frequent meals every 2 hourly including nuts ( nuts contains fat as well as protein). Consider adding full cream milk in your diet twice daily if you are not lactose intolerance.

Weight loss is in your hand.we feel hungry, which is normal, but it is hor to control it and step by step remove all energy dense food wirh natural clean food needs guidance and support .
