Weak thigh muscles

I have weak thigh muscles. After walking/running or doing any activity involving continuous use of thighs just for 5 minutes makes it difficult for me to even stand.

You have got really weak muscles if your muscles can't take load for more than 5 min. You can first stretch ur hamstring and calf muscles. Then do squats n half Lunges.  Also do strength training for Gluttie muscles n quadriceps under the guidance of a skilled physiotherapist
