Water intake is very less

As everyone knows that our body needs water to keep it hydrated. But I am not able to drink much water in a day , I take hardly 1 bottle max. This has become the serious issue for me. Can you people please help me with a tip that can increase my water Intake.

Always keep water bottle with you to take regular sips in between. Take atleast 3.5 litres of water everyday. Take water containing fruits and vegetables a lot like cucumber, tomatoes etc.

Keep your self well hydrated! We need to hit atleast 8-10 glasses of water daily (500 ml bottle= 2 glasses) Try and keep a bottle of water in front of you. That would naturally act as a reminder for you to sip more water. So let the bottle of water act as a stimulus for you. The moment you look at it, take a step ahead and grab it to take a few sips.
