Hello Dear, thanks for sharing the concerns. Your body weight is very high at this age, this may become the house of many diseases, although its not advisable to for fasting at this stage, however with few points you can go for it. You should be having something every 2-3 hours, lots of water to keep you hydrated, go for natural diets. I advise you to lower down your body weight by having a structured and supervised diets under the consultation of a dietitian.
