I had slight gap in my front 4 upper teeth... So I got retainers at my hometown...now the gap is almost gone and i have swollen gums while i am in hyderabad for college.. i wonder will any dentist help me with the old set of retainers... Or should i start again by using permanent braces or veenering done because i will be staying in college hostel... So the temporary retainers create a problem

Hello, After orthodontic treatment minimum 6 months you have to wear retainer if your old space is closed then you can get a permanent lingual retainer ( placed in inner side of teeth) . It will be comfortable and maintaining will be easy.
Next Steps
consult a dentist

You don't  need veneers. Get permanent retainers or essix retainers. For swollen gums get scaling done once.
