Hi sir i have the problem of shake voice when i record my voice i will feel embarrassed along with it i have anxiety likes social anxiety palpation breathing problm sweating hands shaking wile holding a cup or writing

Shakiness in voice is due to anxiety and social anxiety in specific.. Why do u feel embarrassed about your voice. ? Need to understand more in detail
