Evion will not help much in hair loss. You need more zinc, proteins , for it. Also consult a doctor physically to rule out any underlying problem for hair loss.

Yes, Evion 400, Shelcal HD and D3 60K can safely go together - they do not clash. Take Evion and Shelcal daily, and D3 60K only once a week, not daily. But be clear about one thing: Evion will not stop your hair fall on its own. With IBS the real culprit is usually poor absorption - low iron/ferritin, B12 or thyroid.
