Vitamin profile test results

Sir/madam, In my father's complete vitamin profile blood test report, everything is normal but vitamin K is 2.43 ng/mL and vitamin b2/riboflavin is 76.7 ng/mL (Technology : Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometry) which indicates more than normal in the reports. Will the excess vitamins cause any problem? Is there anything that my father has to follow to control the levels of these vitamins? And I read in a research paper of Maryland University that if vitamin b2/riboflavin is in excess it causes numbness and burning. My father has numbness and burning in his legs. Is excess vitamin b2 the reason for this? Thank you.
