Your levels are quite low. Please consult a general physician. You will need to start with injectable supplements for vit D and oral tablets of vit B12. Please dont delay as the levels are very low.

The cheapest source of vitamin D is sunlight, but your vitamin d are very much low. Ideal vitamin b12 should ideally be at least 500, anything less than this should be supplemented, The only rich source of vitamin b12 is all animal products like egg, fish, meat. Vitamin b12 is not found in Any plant products.
Next Steps
1. Tab. Vitamin d3 60k one capsule day 1 and then one capsule day 15. 2. Tab Shelcal 500 mg one tablet daily for 30 days. 3. Tab benfomet forte one tablet daily for 2 months. 4. Daily sun exposure for 30 mins between 8:00 to 10:00 am. Recheck vitamin d and b12 levels after 2 months.
Health Tips
Remember that everything our body need is available in nature, only Thing we need the knowledge to utilise them adequately and efficiently. Supplements should and never become a part and parcel of life, they are prescribed to correct the deficiency. And supplements are more costlier than natural food. It is best to consult a nutritionist and follow their instructions to avoid such deficiencies in the future.
