You can check your Vit B12 levels,Vit D and Sr.Calcium levels.Also do a Haemogram to check your haemoglobin levels.

Hello, Since it is from a week, it maybe possible because of low carbohydrate intake or any other possibility. If you want to check vitamins then go for D3, B12, iron and Hemoglobin.
