On Thursday I taken d3 60k iu. On Sunday again I took 60 k iu. I thought it will reduce weakness as I have to go office. But High pain in all joints started. I am not able to stand. I also consumed limcee 5 units today. Other medicine also taken like entergermina 2billion, fortive 5 mg. B12 and cifix 200

Vit d3 two dose no harm? Follow prescription properly  why Limcee500 five times?? Sever joint pain. Tab Ultracet three times after food. ITS NOT AR ALL TOXICITY.
