I started feeling fatigue a bit these days and got vitamin and thyroid test done. All levels are fine but Vitamin D is 11.7 very less than minimum (20). What to do?

Your vitamin D levels are too low. You would need supplementation. Tab. D rise 60k IU weekly once for 8 weeks. Your symptoms may worsen if untreated. Many vitamin D deficiency cases have low magnesium levels too. Please check that as well Take vitamin D supplements. Consume Diet rich in vitamin D Sunlight exposure will help

Tab uprise 60,000 units once a week for 8 weeks, then once a month for 4 to 6 months. Take more of fresh curd, cheese, milk, soya. Almonds, fortified cereals,  eggs yolk. Spend at least an hour daily in early morning sun. Repeat test after 8 weeks.

Too low. Oral Injection Uprise d60k once a week for eight weeks followed by one per month for six months a complete therapy by WHO oral. Or inj uprise d60k one per month for three months.
