Vitamin D3 insufficiency is often common in individuals with a sedentary lifestyle.
Next Steps
Taking a Vitamin D3 supplement with a dosage of 60,000 IU can be beneficial for individuals with a deficiency. However, it's important to note that supplementation should be done under the guidance of a healthcare professional, as the appropriate dosage may vary depending on individual needs. In addition to supplementation, maintaining a healthy and nutritious diet is crucial for proper absorption and utilization of Vitamin D3. Foods rich in Vitamin D include fatty fish (such as salmon and mackerel), fortified dairy products, egg yolks, and mushrooms. Additionally, exposing the skin to sunlight is another natural way to stimulate the production of Vitamin D in the body.
Health Tips
It's important to strike a balance between supplementation, diet, and exposure to sunlight to ensure optimal Vitamin D levels. Consulting with a healthcare professional or a registered dietitian can help you determine the best approach based on your individual needs and circumstances.

No, 60000 IU weekly isn't a good thing to go. Better take a daily liquid drop of 600 IU. Also make sure to have enough K2 with it.
