I have vitamin D deficency the count is 16 and regular leg pain the doctor has prescribed medicine for the same. My question is do we get vitamin D from sunlight if yes then what time of the day is good and for how much time should i sit?
There may be other vitamin deficiencies or some other metabolic problem.
Most of us are deficient in vitamin D
