Vitamin d and b12 deficiency.

Respected sir/mam, My vitamin D level is 8.60 ng/ml. And Vit B12 level is 151pg/ml... Kindly suggest,which medications should I start and for how much duration? Thanks a lot for your help..

Yes kindly start supplement. For vitamin D kindly take tab. Tayo 60k once a week for  3months. And tab n neurobion forte once a day for 1month. For vitamin B 12.

Kindly take vit d and B12 supplements As well as with foods if your an non vegetarian eat non veg foods And get expose to early morning sunrise for vit d Or you can injection for vit d once a week
