If your
vitamin D level is 7.76 and your
B12 level is 102, you must take corrective action because low levels might produce symptoms such as weariness, weakness, and poor mental health. If oral supplements have not worked, you may require injections of both the vitamins. Check that you are taking these vitamins adequately; some people may have absorption issues, which can hamper progress. Eating vitamin D-rich foods such as salmon, egg yolks, mushrooms, and fortified cereals, as well as getting more sun exposure, will assist. For B12, choose animal-protein meals, dairy products, or available fortified foods. Regular blood tests are necessary for monitoring your levels.
