Vitamin D 10000Ui daily or 60000Ui weekl

Hi.. I'm vitamin D deficient My level is 9.69ng/ml So Dr suggested that I take 50000Ui per week. Can i take 10000Ui Daily instead. It seems most of the Dr suggesting the weekly dose over daily dose is there's reason for that. Does the weekly dose have any advantage over the daily dose. Thank you.

As per guidelines is with 60k units once a week or 2k unit per day...the effect of 60k is better as the dosage is more (if you calculate separately) and the compliance is better too.
