Is 500 mg vitaMin C per day dangerous for kidney and body ? I heard that Daily recommend value of vitaMin c is 90 mg for adult male but I can't find 100mg tablets so I bought 500 mg is there any side effect of 500mg per day ?

You can divide it into 2 and take , also it’s a water soluble vitamin ...so excess will pass away in the urine.
