Vitamin b12 reduces further

I checked my vitamin b12 on 7 june it was 298 then I started B29 DAILY but after 1 month it goes 220 please suggest what should I do now..I feel difficulty in my shoulders

To do CBC , VITAMIN D 3 LEVEL , SERUM MINERALS . to review with reports . Hope it helped

Don't worry
Ideally you should share the reports of all other tests as well. Not just B12.
The reason for B12 not rising can be lack of absorption.
For now you can take Inj Neurobion forte IM
Once daily for 2 weeks
Then
Once a week till all your blood parameters are normal

Difficulty in shoulders :
Check your D3 levels as well
- Consult a local GP who can examine you (take any on going medications and disease diagnosis with you when you go for the consultation)

Hello it can be due to less absorption of vit b12
You can take Injection vit b12 IM once weekly
For shoulder
Take tablet nucoxia 90 mg once at night after dinner for 5 days

Please share a detailed history of your symptoms. Do you take some medicine like pantaprazole/rabeprazole, metformin regularly? Do you have gastritis? Do you have anemia?
With answer to above questions, I can help you cure vit b12 deficiency. For now take tab neurobion forte one daily for 6 to 8 weeks.
For shoulder pain, take tab voveran 50mg one every 8hours for 3 to 4 days.
Tab shelcal 300mg one morning and one evening for 15 days.
Get serum vit d3 and calcium estimated, share results online.
