Are you vegetarian? Vitamin b12 deficiency needs to be evaluated,  as these levels are very low for your age Complete hemogram Rbc indices Peripheral smear with retic count Iron profile Please get these done and review You can have serious neuropsychiatric symptoms like numbness , tingling,  giddiness, etc , therefore vit b12 injection needs to be started after running these tests

Your Vitamin B12 level of **139 pg/mL** is below the normal range (typically **200-900 pg/mL**), indicating a deficiency. Let me explain what this means and how to address it:  Implications of Low B12:**  - **Symptoms:** Fatigue, weakness, tingling/numbness (hands/feet), memory issues, mood changes.  - **Risks:** Long-term deficiency can lead to anemia (megaloblastic) or nerve damage.  Recommended Action:**  1. **Supplementation:**     - **Oral tablets** (e.g., Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily) **OR**     - **Injections** (if severe deficiency or absorption issues).  2. **Dietary Sources:** Eggs, dairy, fish, fortified cereals.  3. **Follow-Up Test:** Recheck B12 after **2-3 months** of treatment.  Next Steps:**  - Rule out causes like poor diet, malabsorption (e.g., celiac disease), or pernicious anemia.  For a **personalized plan**, consult a doctor. You can reach me on WhatsApp at **eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two**.
