Vitamin B12

2023-02-18 09:32:54
Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2020 and when checked my b12 was 218 pg/ml.So,my neurologist suggested to take an injection called homin and when I checked after few months in september 2022 it was around 1100 pg/ml. Since I am still undergoing treatment for fibromyalgia I got my vit d and vit b12 levels checked and now my vitb12 is 382 pg/ml and my vit d is 24.19ng/ml. So,I want to get it confirmed if I again have to restart taking my homin and in which duration so as to not let my b12 drop significantly.
