Vitamin B12 deficiency recovery time

2018-12-29 10:35:56
I have Vitamin B12 (126 pg/ml) and Vitamim D(9.71 ng/ml) deficiency. Doctor has prescribed Neurobion Forte, 1 tablet per day for 3 months. I have also made dietary changes to include eggs and diary. How long might it take for my Vitamin B12 deficiency to be corrected?  I read that Neurobian Forte has low B12 content. What alternate medicine can I use to correct B12 deficiency faster?
