I have 180 level of vit b12, so i started taking becosules z capsule 1 daily after food, but since then i am experiencing constipation. Yesterday i did not take the capsule and my bowel movement is regular today. What should i do?

Can stop with vitamin b 12 tablet
Drink plenty of water
Instead of tablet try with vitamin b 12 containing diet like eggs, cereal,low fat milk, cheese, paneer etc
