Very low voice from the vocal cord

From last four  months my father's voice has  become very slow, no significant pain in throat, but he take medication like Kerendia, Glizid80, Dubinor,Dytor, Renolog,RoseDay and Clopivas. These medicines he is taking for long, is very slow voice  due to age or Neuropathy kindly suggest what to take to recover him
