I have very high bp...it's 180 /100...but after taking multiple allopathy medicines..it's 140/ 90...is there any medicines or cure for high bp...plz guide...

Ypu can start arjun arisht alo g with your allopathy medicine. 3 teaspoon of arjun arisht mix with 3 teaspoon of water take it morning evening after 15 min of your breakfast and dinner. Take it regular for 3 month. Vaidyanath and Patanjali both have good results.
