I had bppv and vertical nystagmus from last 4 months...I got cured 99%...last day sm1 pushed me inadvertently and it got triggered a bit...I feel a slight dizziness while moving or walking...I m worried...I can't go walking now...wat to do

If it's BPPV again you will require to undergo Epley's manuevere. You can easily find videos on YouTube on how to perform this manuevere and at the same time you can take vestibular sedatives like cinnarizine ( Brand name - Stuggeron or Stuggeron plus) two to three times daily.
