Hi, my uterus wall is getting bigger and according to reports uterus is getting expand and its paining as well. What is the treatment for this

Your symptoms suggest that you might be having adenomyosis which can be treated with Mirena IUS which is the preferred treatment option or else you may need a hysterectomy (uterus removal surgery). But, you might also be having other issues like fibroid..so it is better to consult for a detailed and correct opinion.

This is called Adenomyosis and it happens after 40 yrs and it can be treated with Mirena and uterus removal both depending upon your wish
