Urine Tract Infection

My father is been suffering from Urine Tract Infection since! He's urine microbiology always detects puss cells from 80-100 which has caused several complication also! He has diagnosed with AKI two with 3.6 and 1.8 creatinine each time( cured) but the infection is as it is which also has caused peripheral neuropathy also. Recently we had his urine culture test which says " no incubation after 48 hours" but still has 60-70 puss cells and traces of Albumin. It's really complicated situation. Whats should be the next step? Please answer anybody. Here are the latest reports.

Persistent urine infection can be due to high post void residual volume in bladder. Or May be pathological defect in urinary tract, upper and/ or lower. No incubation of micro organism May be due to inappropriate culture condition or use of  antibiotics  before collecting urine sample. Diabetes May have a role in persistent infection. Tuberculosis is another possible cause. It is complicated. Human body is a complicated machine. Needs doctor to guide you. This problem can be solved with proper guidance.
