Why do I feel like eating more even after having a heavy lunch/dinner? This makes me uncomfortable and constantly I am in search of something or the other to eat.

There may be many reasons like psychological factors some anxiety or stress or low food intake in between main meals or low fibre diet or any physiological factor. Eat salad or light healthy snacks as pre lunch or dinner. Take whole less processed food in your diet Start your main meals with salad only to satisfy your hunger. Drink 1 glass water 15 mnts before meals
