Underweight problem

I am underweight as compare to my height. My BMI is also low for that. I am looking so skinny for that.

Hello -1st of all you need manage your lifestyle as u are software engineer. -eat on time maitain mejor 3 meals breakfast, lunch , dinner -eat healthy fats like omega 3 rich food. -hight protein, adequate cho, adequate fat -have balanced diet -do excercise daily 30min atlest
