I am a 15 year old, soon to be 16 underweight teen. I had no problems with my weigt when I was a child, in fact I was chubby. As the years went by I lost a lot of weight. I still don't know how. I've weighed 45kg for 5 years +/-. Recently the scale shows 46kg so I'm really struggling to understand the problem.
As u grow the chubbiness n the baby fat gets dissolved. Ur weight also shud be proportionate to ur height. However go for proper diet that includes protein like pulses, egg, paneer etc. Nuts like almond, prunes, raisins etc. Do some strength training exercises also
