Under Weight

I am 29 years old and my height is 5.6 and weighing around 54 which I believe is underweight. What should be my ideal weight and what diet should I take to gain that. Please note that I am not an over eater . I prefer /am able to take lesser quantities.

Hello, You should weigh around 64 kgs as per the parameters. Increase protein, good carbohydrates, calcium and iron rich food in your diet. Functional training will also help. Avoid consuming water in between or prior to meals. Avoid junk food and say no to alcohol and smoking.
