Hi... Falling asleep becomes difficult when the mind is overactive or preoccupied with multiple thoughts and emotions. Causes may be multiple but usually there are 2-3 main line of thoughts that keep someone awake at night.
Poor routine which includes unhealthy diet, lack of exercise/movement, high screentime, digital addiction, etc., can be the lifestyle related factors.
You need to identify and address the exact issue to help you get back your good night sleep.
Sleeping pills are not a great option but a last resort. Remember, no outside substance is without a side effect. Natural methods may take more time & effort but don't have any side effects.
