Ulcer kind of thing on lower lip

I am suffering from ulcer kind of thing on my lower lip past 3days and it is paining a lot and my lover front tooth guns are a bit swollen too. It started with one and now there are two woulds on my lower lip. Its like a round crate with white colour layer and surrounding is red in colour. When i have researched in internet, the pics were relavent to canker sore.

Hi...    It is clinical condition called apthous ulcer    Ulcer is discontiunity of oral epithelium   It can cause due to anxiety, stress, irritation of sharp objects ,vit deficiency, iron deficiency anaemia,gastric distrubances (GERDS)etc Apply dologel thrice a day on the affected area If cause is due to vit deficiency then multivitamins supplements are given

For relief please apply dologel or dentogel to the affected area 3-4 times a day.  There are lots of reasons for ulcers sometimes it happens because of nutritional deficiencies, stress, viral infections.please see physician also to check for any infections.

You are having ulceration on the lips and tongue. Apply hexigel or dologel on the affected area. Avoid hot and spicy food. Add a vitamin bcomplex tablet to your diet. It will take a week or so to resolve

Hello sir, I would advise you to use oint. Tess 3-4 times a day.it should heal in 2-3 days.

Your photo is suggestive of Canker Sore, or Aphthous as we call it, but do you also have fever with it? And was the ulcer filled with water/pus before? Because that will change the diagnosis
