Twisted ankle , swollen and in pain

Few Hours back I tripped and I twisted my ankle and since that very second my ankle started hurting really bad and I had troubles walking and once I was home I put muscle relaxer cream and covered my ankle tightly with a crepe bandage at the moment there was no sign of swelling but a lot of troubles walking! After a few hours I removed the bandage and spotted slight swelling on my ankle and the pain has been extricating since then.
