Updated my query as the doctor informed tube adhesion was removed and the dye flow was very good both tubes are open and patent but we are worried about the polyps found in HPE report can she carry child or conceive naturally ? or any problem? attached reports. please help I am really worried and anxious

The polyps are removed following surgery so you don't have to worry about the polyps
