The TSH level of 0.015 uIU/ml is significantly suppressed, indicating a state of Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid). Since the level has dropped further from 0.1 to 0.015 in two weeks, we need to correlate this with her clinical status immediately. Please provide the following details: Medication: Is she currently taking any thyroid tablets (e.g., Thyronorm/Eltroxin)? If yes, what is the exact dosage? Symptoms: Is she experiencing a fast heartbeat (palpitations), tremors, excessive sweating, or weight loss? Pregnancy: Is she currently pregnant? Immediate Next Steps: Test Free T4 and Free T3: A TSH report alone is incomplete; we need the levels of the actual thyroid hormones (FT4 and FT3) to determine the severity. Endocrinology Consultation: Please consult an Endocrinologist with these reports to adjust her dosage or start appropriate treatment. Caution: Do not change or stop any current medications without a direct clinical review.

Your thyroid test (TSH) is lower than normal. This can happen when the thyroid is overactive, but one test alone is not enough to confirm. Next steps: • Do additional blood tests: Free T3 and Free T4 Watch for symptoms: • Palpitations • Weight loss • Tremors • Excess sweating or anxiety If any of these are present or severe, seek medical review earlier. Do not start any thyroid medication on your own.Kindly do consult physician with these reports
