Do I have to take any multivitamins tablets during low calorie weight loss. Please let me know which all I need to have if needed

Greetings!!    Multivitamin tablets can be suggested if you suffer from any kind of nutritional deficiency. Even in a low calorie diet, including more amounts of vegetables and  fruits can help u get most of the vitamins and minerals. Along with physical activity of atleast 1 hour per day is necessary to achieve healthy weight loss. It is not advisable to pop pills without professional guidance.

My opinion: Low calorie diet is the worst thing you can do for yourself. A well balanced home based diet with adequate amounts of protein is required to lose fat. The process you are following is not recommended as it will lose muscles and your body will go into energy conservation mode due to starvation. Just look at begger, they used to have low calorie diet and in other hand look at rickshaw puller, who is on adequate diet. In rickshaw puller muscle mass is retained even after eating a normal diet but in begger you hardly see any muscle in the body. You don't need such like that If you are following any particular plan made by a Dietician. If not in this case my advice will be to discuss your diet for weight loss Don't follow any fad like that by seeing on YouTube or google
