Hi... It appears you are experiencing various issues related to your personal and professional life. These are more like the present triggers of your basic issues that have been there inside you for a long time. In my practice I have seen such issues stem deep into a person's subconscious mind and influence their self-talk, self-worth, and general perception of the world around them. The root is usually in the childhood but a person may not be aware of its existence. Later on with life experiences such issues keep reinforcing during teenage and develop into major issues in adulthood. You need to work upon them in a therapeutic setting. But it is no magic, it takes time (6-8 months to 1 year). Since most part of these issues is learnt and not innate, so it can always be relearned in a different way.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Interpersonal Relationship Counselling and Personal Guidance is required.
