Triphala when trying to get pregnant?

Hi, I have been taking triphala (1 gram a day) for my constipation (very hard stools) for many weeks and it worked as a miracle laxative, my haemorrhoids are also healed due to this. Now we are planning to get pregnant can I continue to take triphala while trying and during pregnancy? Kindly request please don't suggest lifestyle changes for constipation as I have tried everything. Thanks in advance. Please advice.

Dont take triphala while during pregnancy! As it is a laxative can be causing inability to sustain pregnancy! 😓 Take black raisins daily after soaking it in water or amalaki( amla) churna! This will help in constipation! You can start taking dedicated ghrita (ghee) that will help in constipation as well as growth of baby! Ayurveda has medicines for all the 9 months of pregnancy which help in gaining weight of the Baby and avoiding abnormal weight gain after delivery to the mother!😍
Next Steps
consult with me through practo and I will be planning your diet with ayurveda do' s and Dont A with proper "GARBHINI PARICHARYA"

Hello, Yeah, triphala acts as a good laxative and it has many more benefits. But, sometimes you can see rebound reflexes when you take it for a long duration which means it might not work as a laxative in further days as your body completely adjusts to that as a food. You can continue until you conceive. After that consult the doctor for further guidance.
Next Steps
Go for detoxification which helps to maintain your gut health as well as helps to conceive a healthy progeny.
Health Tips
lifestyle and food modifications are best to maintain your gut health. know your body Constitution and plan your food and activity based on that.

Great to note that ur willing to escalate in life role... There are many more nutritious options for stool to happen smoothly like dry resins Pomegranate kokan ghee but I'd suggest plan pregnancy with Garbh-sanskar and diet for every month to modify for growth n development of foetus n u to cope up for skin strech marks and for normal delivery as well
Next Steps
